We opted for a live band and Jorgensen's was very accommodating, even allowing the band a separate room to get ready/take breaks. I suggest them above all else in the columbus area and would reccommend them and their staff to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes they ARE very expensive, but weddings are something you only have once (hopefully!!!) It is the BEST wedding venue in Columbus!! Her standard's are high--- and that only makes the experience that more magical. Food was awesome! We heard so many comments on how spectacular the venue was. I just think a little step up in the customer service would've gone a long way for me and while a wedding planner is included, I would suggest hiring your own wedding planner if it is in your budget. After all these years, we NEVER get tired of looking at wedding albums!! Artistic chandeliers hang from the ceiling among the exposed beams, covering your event in a warm, welcoming glow. From the first meeting to the end of the wedding, everything was perfect! the time who helped us come up with the plans for our dream wedding. We love you all and appreciate everything you do!! Everyone at our wedding told us how the food was the best that they have ever had at a reception, and I can't forget to mention how the chef even made me a personalized jar of homemade Siracha since he recognized a fellow spicy food lover at the tasting they hosted for us. All t this was absolutely the best day of my life. The staff is very accommodating and makes sure they do whatever they can to make sure your wedding day is perfect. We got engaged shortly after the beginning of this year and needed to plan a wedding within 3 months, which at the time, seemed daunting. My comment toward personnel changes is that we worked directly with one member the entire time leading up to our wedding and had a different member there the night of the rehearsal, which appeared to add some confusion as she was not fully aware of some of the details. My only frustration with Jorgensen was the $3.2k labor fee that was added to our catering bill a month before our event (140 guests).. this is not included in their sample menu pricing so budget for it before you book.
